Shipping Coverage

modo mojo currently ships to most locations across India.

In rare cases, certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you and provide a refund where applicable.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the last tracking update.

Our team will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
