Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

In other eligible return cases, return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated during the return process.
